To lubricate business relationships and bridge the difference, organizations should facilitate cross boundary communication to bridge differences and encourage cross boundary collaboration.

The focus of the workplace should be that of a unified team under a banner of that organization. At that moment, the organization is your tribe with the sole purpose of coming together for the common good to achieve ultimate business goals. To overcome the common challenges and advance the human race, we have to really dig beneath the superficial layer, see around the corner and transcend the interdisciplinary knowledge, to get to the heart of the matter via bridging cognitive gaps and enforcing multidimensional thinking.

Sustainability: When we look at the hyper rising costs of energy in recent years, efficiency has been a key internal driver for sustainable practices. Too often, many organizations perhaps manage a few sustainability initiatives successfully, but they lack the systematic approach to manage resources and talent, bridge gaps, to build sustainability as a business competency.
