EasyVista Earns the Great Place to Work Certification

EasyVista, a leading provider of ITSM and ITOM solutions, has achieved the Great Place to Work®️ Certification, prestigious recognition based entirely on current employee feedback.

The Great Place to Work®️ Certificate, awarded by the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors, is based on the degree of trust within an organization as well as the challenges and strengths that exist in each business’ culture. Employees then anonymously and voluntarily vote on each of these categories to score the organization’s performance.

In the case of EasyVista, one team member commented: “Honestly, the energy and positive attitude across the board is incredible. I have never worked in a place where, from day one, they are so helpful and supportive.” Another colleague said: “The company’s products are exciting, competitive, constantly evolving, and the team spirit is very good. In addition, the top management shows real care for the employees.”

Based on Great Place to Work reviews, some of the things EasyVista employees value most are team diversity, energy and positive attitude, leadership and management, and investing in employees.

“It’s been a joy to obtain this certification that confirms the reality of EasyVista’s culture, as expressed by those who know it best – employees. For EasyVista, people are at the heart of everything, which is why we put our employees at the center, and we invest a lot in them, to train them, support them and help them in their development within the organization. The results are seen in our solutions: user-friendly solutions that support users in their daily work,” said Patrice Barbedette, CEO of EasyVista.

EasyVista is confident that this recognition will help them meet their goal of hiring 60 people this year. “We would like to take this opportunity to call on all those who would like to join our team,” adds Barbedette.
