Education alone can not shape-independent thinking, because you can teach people-a certain level of knowledge, but you can’t teach them -how to think, how to be themselves, they have to discover, explore, develop- themselves, continually.

appreciate fresh ideas,
without following others,
blindly.
They can think –
“out of the box,”
break down silos,
convention wisdom,
constantly.
Independent thinking is –
a “mindful” ingredient of-
confidence,
a cognitive component of –
decisiveness.
Being an independent thinker
involves –
some level of –
discomfort,
interdisciplinary transcendence,
observe completely,
think profoundly,
make difference,
uniquely.
Independent thinking mind is-
shining up,
in an open environment,
but being treated as-
“misfit,”
in hierarchical surroundings.
If you uncritically accept-
whatever values,
knowledge,
ideas,
you’ve been taught,
some are –
out of date,
have a bias,
you are not-
an independent thinker.
Independent thinking is about –
using your own brain for –
forming opinions,
not depending on –
the authority of others,
making up –
your own mind,
objectively.
